This year, one of the unique metallic touches we added to one of the more spectacular homes showcased in the 2024 St. George Area Parade of Homes was our brass thresholds. They add style and a striking way to transition from one space to another inside your home.
Designers face a huge challenge when transitioning from different types of flooring, different color schemes, and different styles, as you walk from a bathroom into a bedroom or a kitchen into a family room.
Our metallic thresholds offer a way to distinctly set the two spaces apart. To create a visible, yet unobtrusive means to clearly separate the two spaces.
They’re extremely durable and can transition from floors of different heights and styles while allowing space to cover the transitional needs of the flooring.

The Payton Lynn
Our metallic thresholds were featured prominently in the Payton Lynn by K.H Traveler Custom Homes, the first stop on the 2024 Parade of Homes route.
Our brass thresholds were found in the master bedroom, the kitchen and several additional; rooms in the home.
Metallic thresholds provide a subtle yet dramatic means of separating the workout room from the bathroom, the bathroom from the owner’s suite, the kitchen from the pantry and so much more.

We also fabricated the custom chimney caps on the roof and the sconces covering the exterior lighting of the home.
