Crowded Table by Jensen + Sons Construction
This year our metal work was featured in over a half-dozen of the 32 homes featured in the St. George Area Parade of Homes.
Like clockwork, every February, we feel the rush of participating in the dance of getting subcontractors in and out of parade homes under construction with the deadline of the parade dates looming.
It makes this time of year stressful, but the end results are always worth the effort.
The first home we’re featuring with which we were involved in building is Home #21 in the 2025 parade, Crowded Table.
Crowded Table - 2025 St. George Area Parade of Homes Entry #21
The Parade Magazine describes Crowded Table: “Welcome to Crowded Table. Pull up a chair and enjoy a deliberate design of refined finishes elevating the indoor-outdoor relationship of Southern Utah and its stunning vistas. With several generous gathering spaces, five full suites, an indoor pickleball court, a Collection Showroom and multiple shaded outdoor living spaces surrounding the pool, this home is the ideal setting to bring everyone back together when the day is done.”
Built by Jensen + Sons Construction, Crowded Table boasts over 9,000 square of living space, 5 bedrooms, 5 full and 3 half baths, enough room for 8 cars in the garages, and a price tag of $8,000,000. The home is immense in every way.
With such a large canvas, we had the honor of contributing metallic touches to a number of different spaces in this spectacular home.
Coppertop Metals Artwork in this Parade Home
The design of the home lends itself quite nicely to the extensive use of metal fascias. We wrapped not just the majority of the roof in our fascias but the front-facing fascia on the two levels, the roof, and the balcony overlooking the pool.
In addition, we built metal range hoods for the larger barbeque grill on the ground level in the backyard and a smaller, matching range hood on the smaller grill located on the balcony just off the kitchen.
We also created a matching metal range hood for the main kitchen inside the home and we created a full-wall metal fireplace enclosure with an opening for an entertainment center in the living room.
This was the most extensive use of our metal artwork in the parade and one of, if not the most spectacular home on display in the 2025 St. George Area Parade of Homes.
On top of all the space and features found in the home, its perch atop the mesa in Westgate Hills provides breathtaking views in just about every direction and we’re proud to be able to say our metal work on the exterior of the home stunningly compliments those amazing vistas.
Why We Love the Parade
The St. George Area Parade of Homes is no ordinary Parade. It is the largest home-building showcase in Utah featuring 32 brand-new homes full of the extraordinary.
This event has a long-standing tradition of displaying a variety of spectacular homes and introducing exciting new trends to attendees who travel to the St. George Area from across the state. The homes are set among breathtaking landscapes only found in Southern Utah.
Every year, having our work featured in the parade means thousands upon thousands of visitors to the parade can experience the extra touch of something special we add to the homes we help bring to life.
We are also proud members of the Southern Utah Home Builders Association and we are always delighted to be able to help show our support for SUHBA through our participation in the parade.
And if you missed the drive through southern Utah during parade week but want to check out the parade homes, you can still take the virtual tour by visiting the St. George Area Parade of Homes website. The virtual tour isn’t quite the same as seeing these homes in person but it’s a close second.
