The Solithria by Richardson Brothers Custom Homes
This year our metal work was featured in over a half-dozen of the 32 homes featured in the St. George Area Parade of Homes.
Like clockwork, every February, we feel the rush of participating in the dance of getting subcontractors in and out of parade homes under construction with the deadline of the parade dates looming.
It makes this time of year stressful, but the end results are always worth the effort.
The home we’re featuring in this blog post and with which we were involved in building is Home #10 in the 2025 parade, Solithria.
The Solithria - 2025 St. George Area Parade of Homes Entry #10
The Parade Magazine describes The Solithria as “a luxurious sanctuary nestled on the pristine fairways of the renowned Sand Hollow Golf Course. This exquisite home embodies the essence of peacefulness and calm, offering a seamless blend of sophistication and serenity. As you step inside, you are greeted by expansive windows that frame breathtaking views, inviting natural light to illuminate every corner. The open-concept design creates a harmonious flow between living spaces, perfect for relaxation and entertaining. Experience the tranquility of thoughtfully curated outdoor spaces, where gentle breezes and the soft sounds of nature provide the ideal backdrop for unwinding. With high-end finishes and unparalleled attention to detail, The Solithria is not just a home; it’s a haven for those seeking an escape into refined elegance and serene living.”
Built by Richardson Brothers Custom Homes, The Solithria boasts over 4,000 square of living space, 4 bedrooms, 4 full and 2 half baths, enough room for 4 cars in the garages, and a price tag of $3,745,000. Located in the Estates at Sand Hollow, the home backs onto the Sand Hollow Golf Course and has spectacular views of Pine Valley Mountain.
It’s a beautiful home in a spectacular setting, and we had the honor of contributing metallic touches to a number of different spaces on the exterior of this amazing build.
Coppertop Metals Artwork in this Parade Home
The southwestern style of the home lends itself quite nicely to the extensive use of metal fascias. We wrapped a good portion of the roof in our fascias, including around the central courtyard.
In addition, we installed chimney caps on a number of locations atop the home.
The central courtyard is probably the most unique feature of the home, with a natural-looking hot tub and foundation built into the shaded area at the heart of the home. The fascias surrounding the rooftop in the courtyard are merely an accent, adding a metallic touch to a space made unique by the water feature and hot tub, but we’re proud to say we played a part in creating this one-of-a-kind space.
Why We Love the Parade
The St. George Area Parade of Homes is no ordinary Parade. It is the largest home-building showcase in Utah featuring 32 brand-new homes full of the extraordinary.
This event has a long-standing tradition of displaying a variety of spectacular homes and introducing exciting new trends to attendees who travel to the St. George Area from across the state. The homes are set among breathtaking landscapes only found in Southern Utah.
Every year, having our work featured in the parade means thousands upon thousands of visitors to the parade can experience the extra touch of something special we add to the homes we help bring to life.
We are also proud members of the Southern Utah Home Builders Association and we are always delighted to be able to help show our support for SUHBA through our participation in the parade.
And if you missed the drive through southern Utah during parade week but want to check out the parade homes, you can still take the virtual tour by visiting the St. George Area Parade of Homes website. The virtual tour isn’t quite the same as seeing these homes in person but it’s a close second.
