Preparing for the 2025 Parade
It’s fall. The leaves are changing. Friday nights bring high school football games and the deer hunt is just around the corner.
February of 2025 still seems a long way off but we’re already getting ready for one of our busiest times of the year.
Participating in the St. George Area Parade of Homes brings the stress of hitting the deadlines of not just one builder but of the half-dozen or so we work with during the parade. And with the deadline to have homes ready for opening day – February 14th, 2025 – the same for each of those builders, it means a whole lot of work needs to be done, all at the same time.
To prepare we spend months planning.
Hundreds of Feet of Fascias
One of the bigger aspects when measured by the square footage of most of the projects we’ll undertake for the 2025 Parade of Homes and for all the past parades to which we’ve contributed is fascias. Installing hundreds of feet of metal takes time and manpower. But that is truly just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the work involved. Measuring, designing, cutting and most of the preparation of the metal for the homes all take place in our workshop before the metal is even delivered to the work site.
It means we have to prepare for these significant jobs well in advance of having them ready to install.

Work is underway
We continue working with builders who have and will continue to participate in the Parade fo homes. Builders like the Shakespeare Development Group, Richardson Brothers Custom Homes, Adams and Co Construction, and many others.
It’s a lot of work; A lot of coordination; A lot of scheduling; and a whole lot of communication each and every year.
But at the end of the process, the St. George Area Parade of Homes gives us the very brightest stage on which to showcase the amazing work we do.
We provide homeowners with the opportunity to create unique touches for their homes that embody their style and personality. We provide artistic touches – metallic sculptures – and creative, showstopping centerpieces that elevate a home from a simple domicile to a work of art.
